One of the most used underwear is the bra for the women. While the pants are hidden perfectly, the bras may not always enjoy the luxury of a secluded life because they are often exposed by us without a bad intention. We have listed some of the ways you keep your bra in good shape:
If your cups are wrinkling, the size is too big.
You should fill out the cups enough to eliminate any wrinkles or gaping.
If your bra leaves dents on your shoulders, you need a smaller band size.
Whenever you notice dents on your shoulders, just know that your straps are over working themselves. Your straps are not made to carry more than 10 percent of the weight of your chest. When you notice this, quickly go for a new bra.
When your straps slip down, your band is too large.
Whenever your straps begin to slip, you need to know that they no longer support your chest. All you need to do is go for a smaller band.
If there is any spillover at the top or sides of your bra, you need to go up a cup size.
If you notice any spillover in your bra, or a Quadruple Boob Syndrome, just know that your bra is too small for your breast. The best solution is getting a bra with a higher cup size.
If your band rides up in the back, go down a band size.
You need to check if your band is riding up at all in the back. If so, it’s probably too big for you and all you need to do is go for a bra with a smaller band.
Go up a cup size if your underwire pokes you or rides up.
If your underwire pokes you, then you need to go for a higher cup size. Try it out and you’ll feel a lot more comfortable.
