Our eyes are our door to the realities around us. Taking care of our eyes has a lot to do with our appearance. Do you know how to put up a stunning eye makeup? We have listed some step-by-step tutorial that will make you look natural.
If you are still experimenting with makeup, you will love this lesson that we are giving to people like you.
Step 1: Begin With The Eye Primer
For that smooth surface before making up your eye, you need the eye primer. When the primer is dried, the eyeshadow base can be applied to ensure that the eyeshadow is able to stick firmly on the skin. However, if there is no eyeshadow base, you can go for foundation or a concealer.
Step 2: Go With the Four Basic Neutral Shades
If you are still learning, you can begin with the four basic shades that will give you that envious natural look. With a highlighter that is going to be lighter than the tone of your skin, a contour shade that is darker than your skin, a matte mid-tone shade and a matte black shade, you can kick off your practice.
Step 3: Use the Essential Eye Makeup Brushes
A small flat eyeshadow brush is required for application. You can also get a smudger and a small or medium sized blending brush too. The double ended pencil and the flat shade brush can also support your practice.
Step 4
Learn to glide the flat brush on the lightest shade. The next thing to do is to apply it on the inner corners of your eyes. It is at this spot that you should concentrate and then blend outwards after. Do not forget to tap your brush first before you can apply to remove any excess product.
Step 5
This is going to be trick you can learn. Dip the brush tip in water so that it can be dampen and glide it on your eyeshadow. The next thing is to apply in the tearduct area or the inner most corner of your eyes. You will love how pigmented that it will look.
Step 6
This step is the mid-tone shade where a blending brush is used to apply the eyeshadow right above the crease and then blend from the outer corner inwards. To avoid overdoing this, you should hold your brush at your nose’s edge going up to the edge of your eyes. Things below this line have to be clear.
Step 7: Contour Your Eyes
With your contour shade, you should apply from the outer corner as you blend into the crease on the outer half of your eye. You should not blend too high.
Step 8
The eyelid makeup should be carried out on this step before you can move to the lower part of the eye. You should mix the contour shade and the mid-tone colours, apply on the lower lash line starting from your outer corner until the highlighter is met.
Step 9
The application of the matte black eyeshadow on your outer corner of the eyes will complete your look.
Step 10
The lashes should be curled. Then go for the mascara.
